Site Team Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager to take responsibility of our school premises. You will work closely with our Estates and Facilities Officers to ensure that the school is fully compliant in all matters concerning Health and Safety. Suitable candidates will have knowledge of modern construction methods, processes and current health and safety legislation. The successful applicant will be able to lead a small team, have strong organisational and communication skills and would need to be able to use computer software competently.
Salary: Starting salary £30,171 gross per annum
Working Pattern: Full-Time

Site Team Member
We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and trustworthy Site Team member at Poltair School. The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Site Manager to support the school in all areas of maintenance, cleanliness, lettings, health and safety compliance and security. The potential candidate would benefit from experience of working within a trade background.
Salary: Starting salary £23,468 gross per annum
