Sunday 17th November dawned cold and bright. The atmosphere and light across the moor was incredible.

Ten Tors 2019/20 Week 3

Seb Powell describes Sunday's training; 'The team accomplished a lot. We stayed on time for the first two legs until time was soaked up in finding a suitable river crossing. Even with obstacles like this, everyone stayed happy and we persevered. We tried really hard to make up some of the lost time and succeeded. We pushed so hard that we managed to get to our pickup point before dark. Overall, I think that everyone pushed themselves as much as they could - I am very proud of everyone who took part.'

The team dug deep into their physical and mental thresholds, working hard to maintain a strong pace and encourage each other throughout the training.

Participants will be theory training through December and January, ready for full Ten Tors kit in January on the Perranporth sand dunes!
